Care Provision
Nashley House offers the highest level of care to suit each person – ‘Client Centred Care’ based on individual requirements, 
a ‘Care Package’ specifically designed depending upon particular needs, physical abilities, health conditions, preferences, established routines and Medical, Psychiatric or Risk Assessments.
We endeavour to maximise a client’s capabilities drawing upon available community resources, using services for the betterment of our residents — District & Specialist Nurses, Dentist, Chiropodist, Opticians, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists & other Medical Professionals all attend our clients at Nashley House on a very regular basis as required.
For client convenience, when frail or poorly, a domiciliary visit by Doctor, Medical / Health Specialists can be arranged.
Facilities include specialist equipment two Medi & four Parker Baths, Pressure Relieving Mattresses, 
Nebuliser Units & Electric Raiser / Recliner chairs.
We monitor client’s general health daily & record Weight, Blood Pressure, Pulse & Diabetic Blood sugars on a weekly or monthly basis - as assessed appropriate.
Routine appointments to Audiology, Movement Clinics & other health surgeries are arranged as necessary according to client’s needs.
Medication is administered by our Senior Staff from a secure Nomad System following dispensing direct from Pharmacy.
The Home is accessed by ramps, extra wide corridors & doorways, making Nashley House very user-friendly for the more dependent client.
